InceptionAI is an AI-powered product-research service. It generates buying guides, product comparisons and related editorial content, largely automatically, in response to user searches. Content is produced by artificial-intelligence systems and may contain errors. It is provided for general information only and is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Always verify important details — price, availability, specifications, safety and regulatory status — with the retailer or manufacturer before purchasing, and consult a qualified professional where a product affects health or safety.

The Service is financed by affiliate commissions. As an Amazon Associate, InceptionAI earns from qualifying purchases. Outbound links to Amazon and other retailers may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Certain content that appears in this application comes from Amazon; this content is provided "as is" and is subject to change or removal at any time. Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change.

When you search, the Service may generate a new, publicly accessible page addressing your query. Do not submit searches that are unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or that seek dangerous or illegal goods. We use automated filters that block prohibited subjects before a page is created, and we review reported content.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove any content and restrict, rate-limit or block any user or device that attempts to misuse the Service, at our sole discretion and without notice.

Every generated page includes a report control. If you believe content is objectionable, inaccurate, unsafe, infringing or otherwise inappropriate, report it in the app or email abuse@inceptionai.ca. We review reports and act on confirmed violations — including removing content — within 24 hours of triage.

Third-party trademarks, product names and images belong to their owners; their appearance in the Service is nominative and does not imply endorsement. See our Trademark Policy for details. If you believe content infringes your rights, use the report control or contact abuse@inceptionai.ca; we process takedown requests, including DMCA notices, promptly.

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download the Service outside documented interfaces; probe, disable or overload it; misrepresent your identity to it; use it to generate content for unlawful purposes; or resell Service output as your own. We may suspend access that violates these rules.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InceptionAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on generated content or from purchases made from third-party retailers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
